Our client’s main family bathroom, located within their contemporary Deepdene home, was ready for a thoughtful transformation. The existing slate flooring had become tired and difficult to maintain, while an oversized built-in spa bath dominated the window area and dated the space. The compact shower recess also no longer suited the needs of the family’s growing young adults. Simply Bathroom 

Solutions were engaged to redesign the bathroom, guide the selection of materials and finishes, and manage the full construction process.

The redesigned layout introduced a striking freestanding bath, now framed by a large plate glass feature window that floods the space with natural light. A walnut-finished vanity and matching mirrored cabinet draw out the warm bronze tones in the wall tiles, providing both sophistication and practical storage for the family of five.

A new level-entry walk-in shower enhances accessibility and comfort, while the carefully selected tiles take centre stage — bringing texture, warmth, and timeless appeal to this contemporary Deepdene bathroom renovation.
