Windsor Laundry

As part of a modern home renovation, this laundry renovation was designed for a busy family with teenage girls — where functionality and durability were top priorities.

The original laundry suffered from a poor layout and limited storage, making everyday tasks frustrating. The new design needed to provide ample tall storage, practical bench space, and an organised layout to keep up with the demands of family life.

Working closely with our clients, the Simply Bathroom Solutions design team created a highly functional laundry renovation that perfectly balances practicality with contemporary style. Tall cabinetry now conceals the vacuum, ironing board, brooms, and mops, keeping the space streamlined and clutter-free. The front-loading washing machine sits neatly beneath the stone benchtop, which extends across the laundry sink to provide generous space for folding clothes.

Wall-mounted cupboards allow for additional overhead storage and support a hanging rail beneath — ideal for drying shirts and delicate garments. The striking black-and-white colour scheme, combined with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic, gives the laundry a modern edge that complements the overall design of the home.
