This kitchen renovation formed part of a complete home renovation by Simply Bathroom Solutions. Our clients wanted a kitchen that reflected their lifestyle—modern, practical, and family-friendly. The new design needed to withstand the day-to-day activity of a busy household with two young children while remaining stylish and easy to maintain.

Functionality was key, with clever storage solutions to make use of tricky corner spaces and zones to help keep everyday items—such as school bags, shoes, and keys—tidy and organised.

Simply Bathroom Solutions’ design and construction team tailored the kitchen layout to suit both clients’ different heights, ensuring overhead cabinetry was practical and accessible. Innovative pull-down shelving systems were installed for ease of reach, while Le Mans II corner pull-out units by Häfele made the most of every corner. A pull-out pantry and integrated bin system created a highly functional cooking and preparation area.

To meet the family’s storage needs, a custom open shelving unit was designed to neatly store school bags, shoes, and keys. Granite benchtops extended up the walls as full-height splashbacks, providing a stunning visual feature that’s durable and effortless to clean. Timber-look floor tiles add warmth and texture while offering a practical, low-maintenance solution for a busy family home.
